I've been working on a project for our sissy girl. She will be moving into her big girl bed within a few months of the unborn being born and I want her to have a nice snuggly blanket for the occasion! It's slow progress, but I love how it is turning out. I got the idea for these granny stripes over at Attic 24 - one of my favorite crochet blogs! I can't wait to show you the finished product in the next few weeks. Okay, maybe months . . .

Okay, I don't think I like you calling your child the unborn...it's almost as if there is some sort of alien in there!!!!! Some people in our church named their boy Declan, it means "man of prayer", and another named theirs Jackson..... hey, I tried.....I got nothing.
I LOVE it! Sooo pretty. She is just going to love it ;) Are the dark stripes black or brown?
